Secretive and inclined to brooding silences, it is difficult for others to really know her inner core, for Vanity only trusts and opens herself to a select few. Allowing herself to be vulnerable and to relinquish control in relationships is not easy for D.D. Winters.
Vanity has intense, passionate loves and hates and is a jealously loyal and protective friend - or a fearsome foe. Vanity has a nasty habit of holding onto past hurts, resentments and guilt - and to keep such feelings to herself. Vanity loves to laugh, celebrate and enjoy herself with her companions. Emotionally open and easygoing, Vanity considers just about anyone a friend or potential friend. Her good humor and friendliness make her quite popular and well liked. At times, Vanity overdoes the festivities, but she rarely regrets it.
Vanity tends to be somewhat hypocritical and artificial and may even fool herself at times. Her desires are likely to be a bit unrealistic and she may tries to hide her deception from others as well as from herself.
