Many of the traits described in Chapter 2 are emphasized again below. His enthusiasm and outgoing, forward-looking nature is a gift, but Jimi Hendrix should also be wary of the tendency to overlook details and be oblivious to others' personal feelings.

He is a gambler and an adventurer at heart, one who loves to take risks, to discover and explore new worlds, and to take the untried path rather than the safe, reliable one. He is an independent soul, freedom-loving, and often very restless. He needs a lifestyle that provides opportunities for travel, movement, change, and meeting new people. A steady routine which offers much in the way of security but little in the way of space and freedom is odious to him.

He is very open and receptive to the spiritual, intangible, and subtle realms, and can easily receive or give conscious guidance based on his inner attunement. Jimi Hendrix takes many things for granted, such as the existence of an afterlife or the effects of subtle influences like aromatherapy, spiritual healing, etc. These things seem obvious to Jimi, whereas to many people they are a matter of conjecture or even illusory. Jimi Hendrix may not realize he has spiritual gifts because they come so naturally to him.

Jimi Hendrix has a deep belief in his own power and his ability to survive any change and to emerge victoriously from any difficulty. Jimi has tremendous inner resources and strength. Intense, strong willed, and zealous, he pursues his desires and goals with complete dedication and singleness of purpose, and he may be somewhat compulsive, even fanatical at times. Jimi likes to live intensely and has no respect for people who are weak, who avoid confronting life and their own destiny.

Hendrix always seems to find the right words to verbalize his feelings, especially in regard to love and friendship. Jimi Hendrix also has a keen sense of beauty and he probably appreciates art, music or poetry.

He is a bit impulsive and excitable and wants things done quickly. Jimi Hendrix tends to be very impatient with anyone who is slower or less energetic than he is. Hendrix will fight for what he wants but should guard against mishaps or accidents.

Hendrix tends to be in a constant state of tension and seems to look for avenues to test his strength. Jimi Hendrix uses all the energy at his disposal in order to succeed. Somewhat rebellious and inflexible, Jimi fights any opposition or resistance he meets.
