D. H. Lawrence avoids direct confrontation as much as possible and is uncomfortable with aggressiveness, competition, and personal power. His ego drive is not very strong and Lawrence is not especially ambitious or eager to push his way to the top. He may feel inadequate in situations that call for strong, forceful action. The only instance in which D. H. Lawrence will really fight is when he feels his loved ones, or something dear to him, is being harmed, for then he is a fierce defender. D. H. His resistance and stamina are inclined to be a bit low and D. H. Lawrence tends to be easily influenced by others. He may leave himself open to being corrupted by others and should guard against involvement in situations that he may later regret.
