Although she is persistent, practical and determined, as described in the previous chapter, Anna Freud is a complex person who often exhibits the opposite qualities of restlessness and a need for adventure that make it difficult for her to concentrate solely on practical matters. Her practical, down-to-earth approach, combined with her innate adventurous spirit, can make her quite successful at business.
