Although Richard Grieco appears gentle and sympathetic toward others (as explained in the previous chapter), he is also a "warrior". Grieco sometimes feels torn between these two facets of his character: the sensitive, tenderhearted, home-loving side, and the assertive, competitive, risk-taking side.
