Although Buell may seem quite poised, even-tempered, balanced and harmonious (as mentioned in the previous chapter), she is actually rather moody and emotional. Inside, she is much more subjective and biased in her attitudes than her fair-minded, reasonable demeanor may imply.

Bebe has powerful emotional attachments to the past, her family, her childhood, places she associates with safety and security, and her beginnings. It is very important to Buell to maintain a connection with her roots and heritage and keep family bonds strong.
