Though Willa Ford seems steady and down-to-earth (as mentioned in the previous chapter), she is also quite idealistic, as described below. She may sometimes feel torn between maintaining stability and the status quo versus experimenting with the unconventional and stirring up change. Willa Ford has a keen business sense and is very effective in any organization or large business.

She is a freedom-loving, strong-willed and independent-minded individual, and she insists upon living her own life as she sees fit, even if it means ignoring convention and tradition.
