Stevie Nicks motivation
Even though Stevie Nicks comes across as headstrong and independent (as mentioned in the previous chapter), she is not a loner. As the following paragraphs describe, she is really a very social and gregarious creature at heart. Communication is very important to her, but Nicks often speaks too forcefully and she may not be as good a listener as she is a speaker. Moreover, Stevie Nicks should be careful not to let her fast-paced life cause her to become high-strung and nervous.
Stevie Nicks is, in many ways, an eternal child. Her mind is bright, alert, curious, flexible, playful and always eager for new experiences - and her attention span is often quite brief. Nicks grasps ideas quickly and once her initial curiosity has been satisfied, she is ready to move on. Stevie Nicks craves frequent change and variety, as well as new situations and people.
It may be hard for Stevie Nicks to decide just where her talents and true vocation lie, for she has a multitude of interests and is loathe limiting herself by concentrating on just one. She is easily distracted by all of the other fascinating possibilities. Her curiosity and restlessness propel Stevie toward many different experiences in life, and she is willing to taste or try anything once. Doing the same thing over and over again, even if it is something she does well, is tantamount to drudgery for Nicks.
Stevie Nicks lives in her head a great deal - reading, observing, thinking, spinning ideas around - and she needs mental stimulation every bit as much as she needs food and drink. In fact, if Stevie had to choose between a good book or movie and a good lunch, she would very likely choose the former. Stevie Nicks has a creative mind and she often lives by her wits.
She is also a very social creature, with a strong need to communicate and interact with people. She enjoys using and playing with words and has a real flair for getting her ideas across in a clever, interesting, articulate manner. Writing and/or speaking are areas she has talent for.
Stevie Nicks also has a rather lighthearted and mischievous sense of humor, and often does not take anything too seriously. Though she craves emotional involvement, it is hard for Stevie Nicks to achieve it, for she is frequently unwilling to commit herself to anything, to take responsibility or to limit her personal freedom and mobility.
Her happiness lies in using her creativity and language skills to communicate something meaningful, teach, inspire, or bring people together. Stevie has an unbiased mind and can usually offer a fresh, clear, uncluttered perspective. Her faults are her lack of constancy and persistence, and her tendency to overlook or ignore deep emotional issues and other people's feelings.
Ownership gives Stevie Nicks a sense of security, and she has a strong attachment to her possessions. Stevie also has a natural instinct or understanding of economics, finance, trade, and appraising the value of merchandise.
She is direct, energetic, sometimes aggressive and combative. Stevie Nicks often feels that she needs to fight to get what she wants, and she tends to have a "me-first" attitude that angers or irritates others. She is hasty, restless, impatient and sometimes reckless.
Stevie Nicks has a strong need for intellectual relationships and associations and she likes to share her intellectual interests with others. This could be in meetings or by joining various clubs and organizations.
Stevie Nicks tends to become excited and upset at the slightest cause, generating tension with others. Stevie also could encounter strange experiences or coincidences with others. She may have a feeling of being different than others and she wants to be her own person.
