Sri Aurobindo avoids direct confrontation as much as possible and is uncomfortable with aggressiveness, competition and personal power. Sri Aurobindo has a strong urge to act out his fantasies or to live his dream, and Sri Aurobindo will act where others merely talk or dream. Artistic creation, drama or other areas in which Aurobindo Ghose can express himself imaginatively are excellent for him.

Work that only serves his own narrow personal interests does not satisfy Sri Aurobindo. He may lack the competitive edge, the fighting spirit, the "me first" attitude that is often required for material advancement and success. He also tends to either overestimate or underestimate his own power and abilities.

An intense team-worker, Sri Aurobindo is likely to realize plans that he makes in common with others. He may prefer to work with partners rather than alone and could form relationships with others for the purpose of working together.

Sri Aurobindo has grand aspirations and may be inordinately ambitious at times. That is, he is apt to be discontent with small successes and to feel like a failure unless he achieves extraordinary things. Sri Aurobindo should avoid get-rich-quick schemes which promise tremendous returns for little energy expenditure.
