Behind Gallo's proud and magnanimous demeanor (as described on the previous page) lies a real go-getter. Others feel that he is rather narcissistic. Julio Gallo should strive to always be aware of others' needs and concerns to prove this criticism wrong!

He is a person who thrives on challenge, and he often feels that he must battle his way through life, relying on no one and nothing but his own strength, intelligence and courage. Julio Gallo believes in being totally honest, true to himself and his own vision and convictions, even if it means standing alone. Honesty, integrity, personal honor and authenticity are Gallo's gods, and he has no sympathy for weakness of character in others.
