Although Gordon Brown strives for honesty and candor, as described in the previous chapter, he is truly non-aggressive and kind, as discussed below. Gordon Brown often feels a great chasm between his idealism and the harsh realities that often require confrontation and sometimes conflict. However, he has a gift for being able to stand up for himself with integrity, but without malice or vindictiveness. His strength, combined with his compassion, can make Gordon Brown a leader who is deeply sensitive to the needs of others. Moreover, his pioneering spirit may spur Gordon to introduce new styles or concepts to the arts, music or other imaginative area.

Gordon Brown probably has great intellectual ability and curiosity. Gordon never seem to run out of ideas and always welcomes the study of new subjects, the more abstract the better. But he also has the basic sense to translate abstract ideas into practical reality.
