Though George Burns seems steady and down-to-earth (as mentioned in the previous chapter), he is also quite idealistic, as described below. He may sometimes feel torn between maintaining stability and the status quo versus experimenting with the unconventional and stirring up change. George Burns has a keen business sense and is very effective in any organization or large business.

He is a freedom-loving, strong-willed and independent-minded individual, and he insists upon living his own life as he sees fit, even if it means ignoring convention and tradition.
