Agatha Christie challenges and difficulties
Agatha Christie has a penchant for order and precision, and an almost compulsive attention to detail. She is often hypercritical and can be such a demanding perfectionist that she discourages herself or others from even attempting something that will not be done exactly the way Christie knows it should be done.
She frequently over analyze or pick things apart mentally. Agatha Christie may be something of a hypochondriac also. Agatha must learn that she does not have to rationally understand everything in order for it to be valid, and also to relax her unnecessarily high or strict standards.
Agatha Christie has a mature, disciplined, serious attitude toward life which colors everything she does. Caution and realism are her virtues though Agatha limits herself at times by being too careful, shy, or fearful, and not believing in herself enough or being assertive when necessary. Others find Agatha Christie difficult to get to know intimately, as Christie tends to distance herself from them or to put forth a rather stern, "adult" face to the world.
Agatha Christie strives and struggles a great deal with her ideals or spiritual aspirations. She may go through periods of self-denial, asceticism, and in-depth study of religious philosophy and spiritual practices, or she may lose heart and become cynical about religious ideals; however, she can never quite divorce herself from her idealistic concerns.
Once she decides what she wants to do, Agatha Christie will pursue her goal tenaciously and, if necessary, sacrifice a great deal for her deeply felt convictions. This trait tends to make Agatha feel a little out of step with others. Agatha Christie takes things a little more seriously and has an inclination to be somewhat of a fanatic, although probably not flamboyantly so; as a result, others may not be aware of how deeply Agatha feels and how driven she is about the things that are important to her. Agatha Christie has a deep inner resolve and is willing to struggle to do the things that are really meaningful to her, rather than follow an easier but less meaningful course in life.
Agatha Christie tends to be somewhat gloomy and may feel that life is difficult and that her will is blocked in some way. Agatha could find it hard to make decisions and to concentrate on her goals and may consider them not worthwhile.
Now we will discuss patterns of behavior which Agatha Christie instinctively and habitually reverts to when under stress - a mostly subconscious process that she is apt to over indulge in because it is so familiar and hence easy for her. The direction Agatha Christie needs to follow in order to develop balance, greater awareness, and wholeness is also described.
Agatha Christie needs to take what she has learned (either through formal education or her own questing and life experience) and share it with others, communicate it or express it in a way that can benefit others. Knowledge and understanding, which does not enhance either Agatha's quality of life or that of persons in her world, is of little real value. Putting Christie's understanding, philosophy, and convictions into practice in her daily relationships, and in the multiple choices she makes every day, will enable Agatha Christie to really test her belief system and discover more about life.
When under stress, Agatha Christie is apt to seek refuge in imagining that the grass is greener elsewhere, rather than working with what is at hand. Agatha Christie needs to cultivate her ability to live in the present!
It is in her public life and career that Agatha Christie is most likely to wrestle with these issues. The latter will impact Christie's reputation and standing in her community or professional circle, as well as how Agatha Christie achieves her important life goals and aspirations.
